Got it. The next step is a short conversation.

We don't send fund documents cold — under Rule 506(c) we need to establish that you're an accredited investor first, and frankly the questions worth asking are faster to answer out loud. Book a time below and you'll speak to the people who negotiated the terms.

Book the call, or wait for us to reach out

Booking below is the fast route — you pick the time and it's confirmed immediately. Otherwise our investor relations team will contact you using the details you just submitted.

A 25 to 30 minute conversation

What you're trying to accomplish, how the fund is structured, the current positions and the terms behind them, and what has gone wrong historically. The point is to work out whether this is a fit — in both directions.

Accreditation verification, then the documents

Rule 506(c) requires us to take reasonable steps to verify accredited status before accepting capital. Once that's complete you receive the private placement memorandum and subscription documents — to review with your own counsel and CPA.

No wire instructions on a first call. Ever. There's no version of this where a first conversation ends in a commitment — we can't accept capital until accreditation is verified and you've reviewed the offering documents with your own advisors.

Investor Relations
