Collinsville Gardens was acquired in the Spring of 2024. It was a small value-add project where only a handful of units needed to be renovated. The big value increase however came from stabilizing rents close to market average which we achieved by the end of 2024 thus raising the valuation. This property was acquired specifically for our cash flowing real estate fund.
